We conclude the pre-construction phase with the delivery of the scope of work, preliminary design deliverables (drawings, sketches, specifications, etc.), a detailed cost estimate, an integrated project schedule, contracting approach proposal, and an execution plan. Our extensive pre-construction due diligence process enables us to provide the client with the most accurate information and delivers a bid amount with a guaranteed price threshold.
