Mitch Cox Construction acted as both the Architect and General Contractor in the construction of Knob Creek Marketplace. The initial construction was completed in 2014 and included a 5,000 SF space for UWS and 2,270 SF in the adjacent space for Wheeler’s Bagels. This complex proved so successful that Mitch Cox Construction completed an additional 2,280 SF expansion in 2016.
