We design and build affordable high-end apartments in convenient locations throughout Tennessee and North Carolina. Our expertise is taking a project from the conceptual design stage to an income-producing stage. We focus on building complexes ranging from 150 to 300 units in the most cost-effective manner possible and on a time line which allows our investors to minimize the time cost of construction. Our goal is to get our investors to the income-producing stage as quickly as possible, while constructing a quality product.
