Mitch Cox Construction broke ground on Boones Creek Storage in November 2018 and completed 200 units for the first phase of the project. Additional phases will include two floors of climate-controlled units with elevator access as well as additional exterior mini-storage with a total of 465 units. Secured lot storage for RV’s, boats and trailers are also available.
