Hotel Management Services, Inc. (HMS) acquired four new hotels, expanding its presence in the Southeastern United States. The hotel management firm added locations in Lexington, Kentucky; Savannah, Georgia; Huntsville, Alabama; and Madison, Alabama.

Each of the new properties are Value Place extended-stay hotels, many of which will be converted to WoodSpring Suites properties early next year. HMS’s acquisition was completed on Tuesday, August 23, 2016. The acquisition brought the total number of hotels in its portfolio to 19.
