Currently JMC Management Services, Inc. manages ten residential associations including Waterbrooke, Villas at Browns Mill, Lemon Tree, Cherry Grove, Ridges Overlook and others. Additionally, JMC represents over 300 area condominium and patio home property owners across the Tri-Cities region.
The JMC Management team consists of Sharyon McKinney, Community Association Manager, Tracy Fleenor, Chief Financial Officer, and Jan Meade, Administrative Assistant, along with a full accounting staff. The team specializes in financial reporting, budget development, fee processing, landscape management, building maintenance, hands-on problem solving, board communication, accountability and on-call emergency services.
