As the Senior Maintenance Technician and Field Supervisor, Mike Bordin oversees the daily maintenance operations in the field.  Mike joined the Cox Property Management in 2022. His professional background also includes both residential and hotel maintenance. Mike strives to build strong customer relationships and takes pride in quick response times to service calls.

Born and raised on the family almond farm in Northern California, Mike learned the value of hard work and dedication at a young age. Working with his father on a day-to-day basis instilled management and leadership skills that he uses to this day.  Farming also taught him an eye for detail and effective problem-solving skills.

Mike’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Technology, as well as a minor in Plant and Operations Management from Chico State. Mike is currently attending Northeast State Community College, where he will obtain his certificate in Construction Electricity.

Mike will often say, “I treat everything like it was my own home.”  Mike looks forward to providing this approach and dedication to your property.
