Mitch Cox Companies and its development partner, Universal Development & Construction (UDC) jointly acquired and began development of a 72-unit apartment community in east Elizabethton, across the river from Cat Island Park.
Once completed, Town View will offer one, two, and three bedroom homes with convenient access to downtown Elizabethton and the Tweetsie Trail. Town View is the fourteenth multi-family development in the MCC and UDC portfolio of over 1,500 apartments.
