Roger has come to Mitch Cox Construction to provide knowledge and support to the Insurance and Risk Management Department.  Prior to joining the team, Roger was Vice President of Barnett Insurance servicing West Virginia and Virginia for over 25 years.

Roger holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from Marshall University.  He has earned designations as a Certified Risk Manager and Certified Insurance Counselor.

Roger lives in Elizabethton with his wife, Betsey.  They enjoy working with the Newfoundland therapy dog group TimberKnolls Spirit Cove, an organization that provides support for Veterans, First Responders, Military Families, and all other essential heroes.
