We understand that it takes a marketing strategy and well-thought out execution to keep occupancy rates up. HMS cuts costs by having a design and marketing management team in-house that pushes both digital and print marketing initiatives for each of our properties.
Our area managers work with our marketing team and the property general managers to come up with a sales plan for driving room sales. Our hybrid approach touches potential guests through multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, printed flyers and brochures, and the personal touch of boots-on-the-ground introductions with a business card and a hand shake.
Over the years, we have developed an expertise in marketing to the extended stay and limited-service niche in the Southeast United States. We have found what works – the rates, the benefits, the amenities, and the framing – to keep the phone ringing and the front door open.
