We primarily manage properties in the Tri-Cities area of East Tennessee with the support of an in-house team of maintenance personnel; this group of professionals offers hands-on care and service for every aspect of our client’s needs and concerns.

     

    As Members of professional societies such as the CCIM Institute, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), our managers continually hone their skills, broaden their knowledge and embrace best practices to ensure that our organization retains its industry-leading position. Ann Williams, our Senior Property Manager, is one of the only Certified Property Managers (CPM’s) in the Tri-Cities Region. Individuals awarded the CPM designation demonstrate expertise and integrity to those who matter most— property owners, investors, tenants and customers. CPM Members are recognized as experts in real estate management, and they are at the top of their profession.
