 Designed and constructed by Mitch Cox Companies, the highly successful 46,000 square foot shopping center of University Plaza began as a White’s Grocery in 1987. Throughout the years, numerous tennants have enjoyed the property’s central location near ETSU. Mitch Cox Construction renovated the building in 2008 and again in 2019.
