Dr. Standford Prince chose a 3,450 square foot office building adjacent to Truelight Eye Care in Johnson City, Tenn. The handicap-accessible building features four treatment rooms, two offices, a waiting room, consultation room, kitchen break room, and reception center. The facility is outfitted with state-of-the-art technology including Midmark surgery equipment and Sirona 3D imaging hardware.

Dan Crawford, Branch Manager of Patterson Dental of Knoxville, said, “Knob Creek Oral Clinic spared no expense in procuring the best and latest equipment to provide the highest-quality treatment for its clients in Johnson City.”

Dr. Prince worked with the full-service family of Mitch Cox Companies, Mitch Cox Development developed the office building, Mitch Cox Realtor found Dr. Prince the space and will manage the property, and Mitch Cox Construction executed the design-build for his office.

“The Mitch Cox companies are as much a part of the ‘founding fathers’ of Knob Creek Oral Clinic as I am. Their involvement and guidance helped me get to where I am today,” Dr. Prince said.
